If you are a true lover of Russian cuisine, we suggest you visit the restaurant Zolotoy, located in the main hotel building. Our guests can order from the special Chef’s Menu, created by the restaurant’s Chef, Nikolai Lee. All the dishes are crafted using old Russian recipes, with only natural ingredients. The main concept of the restaurant is the revival of traditional Russian cuisine. Taking advantage of the bounty of our forests, we serve dishes made with mushrooms and wild game: wild boar cutlets, venison seasoned with juniper, hare cutlets with giblets, roast moose, fried quail and ranger’s mushroom stew.

If the menu doesn’t have what you wanted, feel free to speak to the chef. He will prepare a special dish to suit your wishes.

The restaurant seats up to 50 guests. The space can also be reserved for special occasions. We offer packages for weddings, anniversaries or corporate dining events. We will try to accommodate all the customers’ wishes.
