The Swimming Pool

If the weather does not let you go swimming in the river, our swimming pool is always at your disposal. We tried to make sure it is not inferior to the Volga – if not in beauty, then at least in its usability. To start with, the swimming pool is spacious enough to accommodate all the hotel guests; its area is 216 sq.meters (about 2325 sq.feet). Secondly, the pool also has a current, both in the “adult”, deep end (2.2 meters, or about 7 feet) and in the “children’s”, shallow end (1.2 meters, or about 4 feet). This is a very convenient feature: you can go with the current if you are tired, but if you would like an additional workout load, you can swim against it. There is also a real waterfall with hydro massage. We believe that such an exotic detail will not be excessive even in our forests.

The water in the swimming pool is purified 6 times daily. We do not use chlorine or any other chemical reagents for water disinfection. This task is successfully accomplished by a special machine that treats the water with ultraviolet rays. Yes, in our hotel you can take care of your wellbeing without damaging your health – a combination that is not easy to find.

The same building houses our Spa Center. You should definitely visit it, and swimming in the pool will become a great conditioning addition to any of our health-improving procedures.
